Setting up the telephone banking service is quick and easy. Simply call one of our local numbers: 410-758-4900 (Maryland) and 302-284-1600 (Delaware). All you need is your account number and your four-digit PIN. First time users will need their full tax I.D. number and zip code and select the four-digit PIN for recurrent uses. If you are having trouble accessing telephone banking service, contact your local branch for guidance.
Funds transferred before 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday will be credited the same banking day; all other transfers will be credited to your account on the next business day.
New Features Effective October 20, 2020:
Good News! We are upgrading our telephone banking system with some new features. The first time you call, you will need to re-enroll in order for the new system to recognize you. After entering your account number, press Star (*) when prompted for your PIN. Next listen for the options to make your selection. Some of the new features include:
- Ability to set your own preferences for English or Spanish
- Male or female voice options
- Voice or keypad commands
